PMgr Sr. Haji Ishak bin Ismail is an expert in valuation, estate agency, property management, auction and project management, working in the field since 1991. He is the Managing Director of IM Global Property Consultants Sdn Bhd, IZ Teraju Holdings Sdn Bhd, IM Global Auctioneers and IMG Academy Sdn Bhd.

PMgr Sr. Haji Ishak is a President of Malaysian Institute of Property & Facility Managers (MIPFM), the Exco member of the Association of Valuers, Property Managers, Estate Agents and Property Consultants in the Private Sector Malaysia (MPEPS) and also the Vice President of International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) Malaysia.

He is also a current Exco of Business Valuers Association of Malaysia (MBVAM), the Member of the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MMIEA) and The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

Owing his years of successes in the field, Sr. Hj. Ishak is a proud holder of Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the International Islamic University Malaysia (2006), Bachelor’s Degree in Property Management from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (1991) and Diploma in Valuation (1989).

Sr. Hj. Che Had bin Dhali is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyor (MRISM), Association of Valuers and Property Consultants in Private Practice Malaysia (PEPS), Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MMIEA).

Working in Jones Lang Wotton (JLW) since 2000, Pulau Pinang since 2017 and played a key role as the Executive Director of JB Jurunilai Bersekutu since 2004.

Proud holder of Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), Universiti Utara Malaysia & Bachelor’s (Hons) in Property Management, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.

He received trainings and examinations under Malaysian Intellectual Property Organisation (MyIPO) as well as from International Association of Consultant Valuators and Analysts (IACVA). He has also obtained Bachelor’s Degree in Survey Property Management (UTM) and Master of Science in Facilities Management and Asset Maintenance (Heriot-Watt University, Scotland).

Having a working experience since 1983, Datuk Sr Faizan played key roles in the industry such as;
