PMgr Sr Haji Ishak Bin Ismail is a professional practitioner in the Malaysian real estate industry with extensive experience in valuation, estate agency, property management, auction, and project management. He has made notable contributions to the development of the profession through active involvement in various national and international organizations. He currently serves as the President of the Malaysian Institute of Property and Facility Managers (MIPFM), Vice President of the International Federation of Real Estate (FIABCI) Malaysia, and a Board Member of the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP) Malaysia, where he also The Chairman Property Management Committee (PMC) of BOVAEP Malaysia.

In addition, he holds executive positions as Exco Member of the Business Valuers Association Malaysia (BVAM), Asean Valuers Association (AVA) Malaysia, and the Association of Valuers, Property Managers, Estate Agents and Property Consultants in Private Practice Malaysia (PEPS). He is also a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Member of the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA), Academic Board Member of Institut Penilaian Negara (INSPEN) and Vice President of Malaysian Islamic Chamber of Commerce (DPIM). Previously, he served as President of Persatuan Perunding Hartanah Muslim Malaysia (PEHAM-PHM001) and served as Academic and Industrial advisor to several universities including UTM, UTHM, UiTM, UM, UUM, UTAR, TAR-UMT, and UPSI.

PMgr Sr Hj. Che Had bin Dhali is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyor (MRISM), Association of Valuers and Property Consultants in Private Practice Malaysia (PEPS), Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MMIEA).

Working in Jones Lang Wotton (JLW) since 2000, Pulau Pinang since 2017 and played a key role as the Executive Director of JB Jurunilai Bersekutu since 2004.

Proud holder of Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), Universiti Utara Malaysia & Bachelor’s (Hons) in Property Management, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.PMgr Sr Hj Che Had bin Dhali, SDK, BKM is the Executive Director of IM Global Property Consultants, stationed at the Kedah branch. He is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), UK, a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM), a member of the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA), and a Fellow of the Association of Valuers & Property Consultants in Private Practice (PEPS). He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Valuation & Property Management (B. Surv. Hons) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universiti Utara Malaysia. He was also recently certified as an International Valuation Specialist by the International Association of Certified Valuation Specialists (IACVS). He is also a Licensed Auctioneer in Kedah.

Sr Hj Che Had has held significant advisory and executive roles in both government and corporate sectors. In 2008, he was appointed Special Officer and Economic Advisor to the Chief Minister of Kedah and has served as CEO of Perbadanan Menteri Besar Kedah (MBI), Chairman of Darulaman Aset Sdn Bhd and Syarikat Bina & Kuari Kedah Sdn Bhd, Director and Exco Member of Kedah State Development Corporation (PKNK), and Director of multiple state-linked companies including Bina Darulaman Berhad, Kedah Agro Holdings Berhad, Permodalan Kedah Berhad, Kedah Invest Center (KIC), and Kedah State Energy Resources Sdn Bhd (Kesler).

His contributions to the state have been recognized with the prestigious Bintang Kebaktian Masyarakat (BKM) award by KDYMM Tuanku Sultan Kedah in 2009. He has provided consultancy for numerous property developments across Malaysia, covering residential, industrial, plantation, and resort projects.
