A phenomenal business begins with a phenomenal foundation. Every successful business begins with these four pillars as a part of that foundation.

These are the four pillars that must be in a business.

Leadership is both a research area and a practical skill encompassing the ability of an individual or organization to “lead” or guide other individuals, teams, or entire organizations. It is a very important pillar that should have in an organization

Operation. Jobs or tasks consisting of one or more elements or subtasks, performed typically in one location.
Operations transform resource or data inputs into desired goods, services, or results, and create and deliver value to the customers. Two or more connected operations constitute a process, and are generally divided into four basic categories: processing, inspection, transport, and storage.

Customer Relation. Any business benefits from good customer relations, whether a large corporation or a mom and nasi lemak stall. Customer relations, or customer service, refers to the way a business communicates and interacts with the public to gain and retain customers.

Good Financial Management. Financial management refers to the efficient and effective management of money (funds) in such a manner as to accomplish the objectives of the organization. It is the specialized function directly associated with the top management. The significance of this function is not seen in the ‘Line’ but also in the capacity of ‘Staff’ in overall of a company. It has been defined differently by different experts in the field.
