Almost 10 years experience as Valuer with Raine & Horne International Zaki + Partners, First Pasific Valuer and SHM Smith Hodgkinson Ismail & Co.

  • Experienced in corporate valuation of special properties such as valuing Kenyir Hydro Electric Power Station Dam for TNB, Teluk Ramunia Yard and Pasir Gudang Yard for Sime Darby Group including land, infra and plant machinery, valuing vessels, prime movers and multi axle trailers for LKC Berhad.
  • Involved in valuation for disposal of assets and liabilities and comply with Security Commission valuation guidelines for Felda Global Ventures Berhad (152 properties of Felda estate within Peninsular Malaysia as well as Sabah and Sarawak).
  • Experienced in valuation of Financial Reporting Standard (FRS) for Sunway Group Berhad (23 properties including Sunway Lagoon Theme Park, Monash University Campus, Sunway Giza Mall etc.)
